HIRO BALLROOM LAWSUIT

Fitapelli & Schaffer, LLP filed a class action lawsuit against Hiro Ballroom and Cabanas, two trendy nightclubs located in the Maritime Hotel in New York City’s Meatpacking District. The lawsuit alleges violations of tip and service charge misappropriation from private events and bottle service. In addition, we are seeking minimum wage and spread of hours on behalf of our clients, who worked as bartenders, waitresses and bar backs for the past 6 years.
