Fornos Restaurant lawsuit

Fitapelli & Schaffer recently filed a lawsuit against Fornos Restaurant in Newark, New Jersey. The lawsuit alleges that waiters, bussers and bartenders are not paid minimum wage and overtime. We will seek to have the lawsuit certified as a class and collective action under State and Federal Law.
