DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST TARGET

Fitapelli & Schaffer has filed a lawsuit against Target, one of the largest retailers in the world. Our client alleges he was subjected to constant ridicule and harassment, based on his disability (uncontrolled stuttering). The lawsuit was filed in Supreme Court, Richmond County alleging numerous violations of the New York City Human Rights Law.
