Cash Ready Lawsuit

Fitapelli and Schaffer has filed a Federal Class Action against Cash Ready, LLC and Creative Merchant Funding for failing to pay their sales executives minimum wage and overtime for the many hours they worked. Inside Sales employees must be paid minimum wages and overtime and under many circumstances cannot be paid on a 100% commission basis.
